Yvonne A. Jones, CPM, CCIM has served as Senior Asset Manager for EIKO International, Inc. since 1991. She began her career with the company managing the second largest privately-owned portfolio of US post office properties and has since worked with the principals to expand and grow the number of assets it manages for clients around the world.Key assignments under her management have included the 90,000 square foot Rhodia building in Richmond, VA; the 75,000 square foot Owens & Minor building in Richmond, VA; the 168,000 square foot Qinetiq office buildings in Huntsville, AL; the 90,000 square foot Federal Express Headquarters building in Memphis, TN; the 43,000 square foot Parkridge Shopping Center in Memphis, TN; the 55,000 square foot Brook Hollow Village Shopping Center in Norcross, GA; and a small portfolio of social security and post office properties located throughout the country.
During her career, Yvonne has earned two of the industry's most prestigious designations: The Certified Property Manager (CPM®) from the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the CCIM Institute. Additional industry honors include being named 2009 Certified Property Manager of the Year by the Illinois Chapter of IREM and serving as Illinois CCIM Chapter President in 2002.
She actively participates in the Chicago Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the CCIM Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Chicago Real Estate Executive Women (CREW), and the Turnaround Management Association (TMA). A resident of Chicago, she currently holds a real estate broker's license in Illinois and Indiana.
