Career & Expertise

After completing his vocational training, Andreas Fecker worked at Hanspeter Müller AG carpentry in St. Gallen as deputy managing director.
In October 1992, Andreas Fecker moved to OBT Treuhand AG as a property manager. From October 1997 to July 2025, he worked at Swisscom Immobilien AG, most recently as key account manager for commercial properties.
From August 2005 to December 2024, Andreas Fecker was a business partner, shareholder, and deputy managing director at EIKO Verwaltungs AG. He has been managing director and partner of EIKO Property AG since January 2025.

Education

Andreas Fecker completed a four-year apprenticeship as a cabinetmaker. Parallel to his professional activities, he attended evening school in St. Gallen for two years and successfully graduated with a diploma in technical business administration. In 1996, he continued his education and obtained the Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence as a real estate manager.
From 1998 to 1999, Andreas Fecker completed the advanced specialist course for real estate trustees offered by the Swiss Association of Real Estate Trustees (SVIT) and obtained the Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence as a certified real estate trustee in 1999.
